Lansing, Michigan Traffic ticket and ROTC standards?

Over the past two years I have been pulled over three times. Twice for speeding (5 over) and once for running a blinking red. In michigan 7 points gets you suspended and I’m worried. My speeding combined is 4 points, and im unsure if blinking red is 2 or 3 points. I know it isn’t as much as a solid red.

Also if I get a suspension A: how long does it usually last for and B: I have been working to get into the ROTC, will this affect my chances?
